Used, complete Starfrost Flow freezer with 15,000 kg/h for freezing vegetables/fruit products with corresponding Howden pump installation.
For one of the largest producers in frozen vegetables and fruit products in Russia, Comron International BV in 2016 received the order for the supply of a complete Starfrost Flow Freezer (capacity of 15,000 kg vegetables/fruit products per hour) and a complete Howden freeze pump installation of 1800kW on -40 °C. Consisting of the following main components: 3 pieces Howden MK5/WRV255/220/8/434 screw packages with each a 450kW E-motor, low pressure separator -40 °C (surge drum) 12 m³ content, Eco tank -10 °C 5 m³ content, high pressure liquid tank with contents 3799 litres. Baltimore evaporating condenser type VXC S-858 with a Grasso Air Purcher, control cabinet custom made with 3 pieces new soft starters and new by Comron programmed Siemens S7/touchscreen PLC. Furthermore, this freezing pump facility equipped with an omega falling film icewater set 0 °C for cooling the Blancher ca 400 KW and linked to the-10 °C eco-tank.
On the video is shows that the complete starfrost flow freezer is build up in our factory and fully overhauled, under supervision of our supervisor with the local contractor. Complete engineering and supply of e-schedules and the P & ID provided by Comron.
